Washington, DC (April 12, 2016) — Redgrave LLP, the premiere law firm specializing in Information Law, which includes Information Governance and eDiscovery law, today announced that it has added to its professional team to support the firm’s continued growth as its client base expands. All appointments are effective immediately:

Charles (Chuck) Ragan has joined the Firm as an Of Counsel and is based in the firm’s San Francisco and Minneapolis offices. Chuck is an innovator in the delivery of Information Law services, first as co-chair of Pillsbury’s eDiscovery Task Force and later as co-founder of Redgrave, Daley Ragan & Wagner LLP, the first national law firm devoted to Information Law issues. Chuck’s sophisticated understanding of eDiscovery and Information Governance issues arises from his longstanding participation in The Sedona Conference® and his many contributions to its publications as well as addressing novel issues over the past fifteen years with the management of electronically stored information in litigation and within organizations. His now brings this experience to his role as a trusted advisor to Redgrave clients. “There are few practioners who have greater acumen to bring to bear in presenting clients with well-reasoned, defensible solutions to their information law challenges, whether in litigation or in the ordinary course of business,” said one of Redgrave’s founding partners Jonathan Redgrave. Chuck holds a J.D. from Fordham University where he was Editor-in-Chief of the law review and an A. B. from Princeton University. He is admitted to practice in California, New York and Minnesota.

Dan J. Nichols has been joined the Firm as an Of Counsel and is based in the San Francisco office. Dan brings to Redgrave a robust combination of trial and Information Law experience that uniquely position him to understand how eDiscovery strategies impact litigation outcomes. Most recently, as a partner at an Am Law 200 firm, he represented businesses of all sizes in complex commercial, construction, products liability, and environmental litigation. This included developing and executing complex eDiscovery strategies in mass tort and class action matters. “Dan’s diverse subject matter knowledge and considerable trial experience coupled with his passion for information law makes him a valuable asset for our clients,” continued Redgrave. Dan received a J. D. (magna cum laude) from J. Reuben Clark Law School, Bringham Young University and a B.A., Political Science (magna cum laude), from Southern Oregon University. He is admitted to practice in California, Oregon and Washington.

Liz Correllus has joined the Firm as an Advisor, based in the Northern Virginia office. Liz brings a diverse skill set to Redgrave with more than twelve years of project management, litigation and eDiscovery experience handling telecommunications, class action, product liability, labor and employment, and financial services matters. Liz holds a B. A. from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth; a Master’s in Education from Bridgewater State College and a Project Management Certification from George Washington University.

Angela M. Dillingham has been named Litigation Advisor, based in the Northern Virginia office. Angela, a certified paralegal, is familiar with the challenges of MDL case management, including creating and managing database tracking systems for complex litigation, skills she will leverage in her new role. Angela holds a B. A., Paralegal Studies, from The University of Southern Mississippi.

Ambre McLaughlin, Counsel: Most recently Ambre served as corporate counsel for an information technology services company that specialized in IT infrastructure solutions for traditional on-premises and cloud environments. Prior to that, she spent six years practicing complex civil and international commercial litigation at AM Law 100 firms. Ambre received a J. D. (cum laude) from American University, Washington College of Law and a B.A. from San Francisco State University. She is admitted to the Washington, D.C., Virginia and Massachusetts Bars. She is fluent in Spanish.

Lisa Lukaszewski, Counsel: Lisa has extensive law firm experience representing heavily regulated global corporations. She is recognized as a trusted advisor regarding information governance, eDiscovery, records management, litigation readiness, and compliance issues. Lisa is an active member of ARMA and a participant in The Sedona Conference ® Working Group 1 (Electronic Document Retention and Production). Lisa received a J. D. (cum laude) from The University of Notre Dame Law School and a B.A. (summa cum laude) from Quincy University. She is admitted to the Missouri and Kansas Bars.
